Let's talk about Natural Anti-aging Recipes and Secrets.

Anti-aging Hand Care

Postby ComplexBeuty on Mon Aug 25, 2008 5:45 pm

Hello Glowing Divas!
Recently I have been thinking a lot about hand care. I know I need a nourishing hand cream with powerful anti-oxidants, something that will give me a lot of protection from damage without sunscreen.
If anyone knows of any natural/organic brands that offer great hand creams let me know!
Or any recipes I will also appreciate!

Thanks girls ;)

I rub some extra virgin olive oil before going to bed, it works for me.

I just read that this week, excellent entry! I told her how I felt I needed something powerful for my hand and she is wonderful, telling me she would let me know if she came across a hand cream like that.

Alyssa: Have you tried using Shea Butter on your hands? After reading your post here, I started looking at my hands again and notice it does look better than before. In the day, I use whatever hand cream I can grab from my bag but in the night, I go for something richer.

I was using L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream every night and did notice it was great but the difference was when I started using this whipped shea butter body cream for my hands. It's from Shea Radiance (http://www.shearadiance.com/). My hands look kind of "younger".

Hey!
I love L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream. I have only used it a couple of times and have not purchased it for myself, maybe I'll try that!

Thanks!

Gosh me too! So young(20 only) and I'm seeing age spots on my hands. And my skin is turning white(can see the fingertip lines very clearly). Plus, we don't get all those brands in Mas. So saddening. I don't know which brand to get. Any home recipes for this?

darkmotives: if you can get your hands on pure shea butter, that might help cos those hand creams that work best for me contain this.

* I just noticed you're from M'sia. You have L'occitane there!

I found my dream hand cream! MyChelle http://www.mychelleusa.com/handcream.aspx has a great hand lotion and it is exactly what I was looking for. Just thought I let you girls know!

MyChelle has great skincare. I have been using it for years and love every product they offer.

The best anti aging treatment for hands is moisturizing them. Use a rich creamy moisturizer to nourish your hands daily.
