I'm working on an article on foot care and would love any ideas for your favorite foot care treat. Do you have a favorite soak? A special massage? A particular cream or lotion you like to use? How do you pamper you paws?

Hi Jenny, I love to use epsom salt and essential oils of peppermint and lavender in summer. I just put some epsom salt in a bowl of cold water add some essential oils and relax for at least fifteen minutes :)

I put my St. Ives Apricot's scrub to good use not only on my face but also on my elbows, knees and feet. Keeps my little piggies soft and clean. If I'm hitting the sack right after, I rub in some shea butter as well.

I love to soak my feet in warm water with few drops of lavender oil. It feels so fresh. N yeah... Pumice stone is an absolute must for me as it helps to get rid of the tough skin on the heels. After that I usually moisturize it with a creamy lotion.

A personal skin care tip - Take very good care of your feet during winters. For example, moisturize them with rich creams all through the day and keep them wrapped under socks. You will have splendid looking feet by the time summer arrives :)
